1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the pkbet website or mobile platform, creating an account, or placing any bet, wager, or game stake, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use pkbet's services.
These Terms and Conditions form the entire legal agreement between you (the registered player) and pkbet. They apply to all products available on the pkbet platform including sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports, crash games, roulette, ludo games, and any other product offered now or in the future. Where specific product terms exist (for example, in a promotion or tournament), those specific terms apply in addition to these general Terms — and where they conflict, the specific product terms take precedence for that product only.
pkbet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility as a player to check for updates periodically. Continued use of pkbet after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. When material changes are made, pkbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
2Eligibility & Age Requirements
Minimum age is 18 years. pkbet strictly prohibits use of its platform by anyone under 18 years of age. This rule applies without exception, regardless of local law or custom in any particular region of Pakistan.
To use pkbet you must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register personal betting accounts. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration; providing false date-of-birth information is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of any balance held.
pkbet will require age verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid passport, or any other government-issued identity document clearly showing your date of birth. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. pkbet may suspend betting activity pending successful verification.
If pkbet discovers that a player under 18 has registered and used the platform, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount may be returned at pkbet's discretion after investigation.
You must also be resident in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of pkbet is lawful in your location. pkbet does not accept liability for any breach of local law resulting from a player's decision to use the platform.
3Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one pkbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, different names, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. pkbet actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all duplicate accounts upon detection. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your pkbet account. Keep your password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pkbet support immediately at support@pkbet-bangla.com.
During registration you must provide your real name exactly as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number (which will be used for verification and communication), and a valid email address. False or incomplete registration information will result in account suspension and may prevent you from accessing your balance. pkbet is not responsible for failed payments or verification delays caused by inaccurate account information.
pkbet reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not guarantee continued access to pkbet's services — access may be restricted or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
pkbet's betting rules apply across all sports — from PSL cricket to Premier League football — with the same standards of fairness and transparency.
4Deposits & Payments
pkbet accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. pkbet does not charge any deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before depositing.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match the name on your pkbet account. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.
Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallet deposits typically reflect in your pkbet balance within seconds of sending. Bank card and IBFT deposits may take up to 15 minutes in normal circumstances. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact pkbet support with the transaction reference number from your payment provider.
pkbet may request documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not specific to any individual player's conduct. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the deposit being held and betting activity being restricted pending review.
5Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount at pkbet is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible. pkbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your own name.
Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid CNIC or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed faster.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. pkbet does not charge withdrawal fees.
pkbet may delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud is suspected, where bonus wagering requirements have not been met, where the account has not been verified, or where pkbet is conducting a review of betting activity under these Terms. In such cases pkbet will notify you of the reason for the delay and the expected resolution timeline.
Bonus funds and free bet credits cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds (after meeting wagering requirements) may be withdrawn. Real money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in a promotion's specific terms.
6Betting Rules
All bets placed on pkbet are subject to these general betting rules plus any sport-specific or event-specific rules published within the relevant betting market. Where a conflict exists between a specific market rule and these general rules, the specific market rule takes precedence for that market only.
Bets are final once confirmed. After you have reviewed your bet slip and clicked Confirm, the bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except where pkbet exercises its discretion under the void bet provisions below.
pkbet may void any bet, or part of an accumulator, in the following circumstances: obvious pricing error where odds were manifestly incorrect and significantly different from the true market price; system error that resulted in a bet being placed at incorrect odds; incomplete event where the event does not conclude under the conditions specified in the market rules; and duplicate bets placed as a result of a technical fault.
For in-play betting markets, pkbet may suspend markets and reject bets at any time without notice — particularly where live data feeds experience interruption or delay. A bet that has been placed and confirmed before a market suspension is valid; a bet that fails due to a suspension is not charged and the stake is returned.
pkbet reserves the right to limit maximum stakes, impose individual betting limits on accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion. These measures are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and the fairness of odds for all players.
Casino games at pkbet — including roulette — operate under the same fair play and RNG certification standards as all other products on the platform.
7Bonuses & Promotions
pkbet offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and Conditions plus the specific promotion terms published alongside each offer. Specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms for that promotion only.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. pkbet does not apply wagering requirements to real money deposits that are not associated with a bonus.
pkbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed by a player. Once claimed, a bonus cannot be withdrawn or cancelled by pkbet unless there is evidence of abuse, multiple account usage, or breach of these Terms. Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your account, separate from your real money balance. Bets are deducted from real money first; bonus funds are used when real money balance reaches zero.
Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or collusion with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. pkbet's determination of bonus abuse is final.
8Responsible Gaming
pkbet is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, betting can become a problem rather than a source of entertainment. We take this responsibility seriously and have invested in tools and processes to help players manage their gambling activity.
Every pkbet account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from account settings: Deposit Limits (daily, weekly, monthly); Wager Limits (daily, weekly); Session Time Alerts; Cooling-Off Periods (1 day to 6 weeks); and Self-Exclusion (permanent closure).
Deposit and wager limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to limits take 24 hours to activate — this cooling-off period cannot be bypassed. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period of 6 months. During self-exclusion pkbet will make every reasonable effort to prevent re-registration, though we cannot guarantee detection in all cases if false information is provided during a re-registration attempt.

9Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkbet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account per person, household, or device for any purpose including bonus exploitation.
Match Fixing & Corruption: Betting on events you have any influence over, or using inside information not available to the public.
Fraud & Chargebacks: Depositing via fraudulent payment methods, initiating unjustified chargebacks, or making false claims about transactions.
Automated Betting: Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with pkbet's platform in any automated manner.
Money Laundering: Using pkbet to process proceeds of illegal activity or to obscure the origin of funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles.
Abusive Conduct: Harassment, threatening behaviour, or offensive communication directed at pkbet staff or other players through any channel.
10Intellectual Property
All content on the pkbet platform — including but not limited to the pkbet brand name and logo, website design, software interfaces, game graphics, data feeds, odds formats, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of pkbet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any pkbet content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of pkbet's intellectual property may constitute infringement under applicable law and will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
11Limitation of Liability
pkbet provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, pkbet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
pkbet's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. pkbet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
pkbet is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and fulfil any applicable tax obligations related to your betting activity on pkbet.
12Privacy & Data Protection
pkbet collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
pkbet uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit and at rest. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share data with payment processors and identity verification providers solely for the purpose of operating your account and meeting our legal obligations. 13Amendments to These Terms
pkbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version is always published on this page with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top. Your continued use of pkbet following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should withdraw any remaining balance and close your account before the effective date of the change. pkbet will honour any withdrawal request made for this reason without applying any additional restrictions.
