Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and complete the three-step sign-up form. Step 1 asks for your personal details — name, date of birth, CNIC number, and province. Step 2 collects your Pakistani mobile number and email address. Step 3 is where you set your username and password. Once you confirm, a 6-digit OTP is sent to your mobile to verify your number, and your pkbet account is active immediately after verification. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Yes, completely free. There is no registration fee, no subscription, and no charge for creating your pkbet account. The only money you put in is when you make a deposit — and the minimum first deposit is Rs 500. That is your betting money, not a fee.

Your CNIC number is used for two purposes. First, it confirms you are 18 or older — pkbet is strictly an adult platform. Second, it is required for identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed. CNIC verification is a one-time process. Once verified, you will not be asked for it again. No. pkbet permits only one account per person. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

For security reasons, mobile number changes cannot be made directly from Account Settings. Email support@pkbet-bangla.com with the subject line "Mobile Number Change Request". You will need to verify your identity using your CNIC before the change is processed. This is to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

You can request permanent account closure by emailing support@pkbet-bangla.com. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method before the account is closed. Note that if you are closing your account due to a gambling problem, the self-exclusion option on the Responsible Gaming page is the more appropriate route — it includes additional protections.

First, check that you have a mobile signal and that SMS is not blocked on your number. Some networks have up to a 2-minute delay — wait before retrying. If you still have not received the OTP after two attempts, check that you entered your number correctly (starting with 03, without the country code). If the problem continues, contact support@pkbet-bangla.com with your number and the issue will be investigated.

Deposits

pkbet supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees — no currency conversion and no hidden charges.

The minimum deposit at pkbet is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by pkbet, though your payment provider may have their own transaction limits — for example, Easypaisa and JazzCash have daily wallet limits set by the State Bank of Pakistan.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your pkbet account within 30–60 seconds. In rare cases during peak hours, it may take up to 3 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the amount, and the team will investigate immediately.

Do not make a second deposit until the first one is resolved. Take a screenshot of the deduction in your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank app showing the transaction ID, amount, and date/time. Email this to support@pkbet-bangla.com with the subject "Missing Deposit". The team will match the transaction to your account and credit it manually, usually within 30–60 minutes.

pkbet does not charge any fee on deposits. The full amount you send is credited to your account. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, but pkbet does not add to those. Check your provider's own fee schedule if you are unsure.

No. pkbet requires that all deposits are made from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing from an account belonging to another person — even a family member — may result in your deposit being held pending verification. This policy is in place to protect against fraud and to comply with financial regulations.

IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) deposits involve sending a PKR transfer from your bank account to the pkbet designated bank account. The account details are provided in the Deposit section of your pkbet account after you select "Bank Transfer". Once you send the transfer, add the transaction reference number in the pkbet deposit form. IBFT transfers typically take 15–30 minutes to process, though some banks may take up to 2 hours.

Withdrawals

Log in to your pkbet account and go to the Cashier section, then select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. If this is your first withdrawal, your CNIC verification must be completed first.

The minimum withdrawal at pkbet is Rs 500. There is no maximum limit for verified accounts. Large withdrawals above Rs 100,000 may require additional verification as part of pkbet's anti-money laundering procedures, which typically adds no more than 24 hours to processing time.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed in under 15 minutes, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals take up to 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take 1–4 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard refunds take 3–5 working days as per card network rules.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: incomplete CNIC verification; active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met; a withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the name on your pkbet account; or a large withdrawal that requires additional AML checks. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours for Easypaisa/JazzCash, or more than 6 hours for IBFT, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Withdrawals that have not yet been processed can be cancelled from the Cashier → Pending Withdrawals section. Once a withdrawal has been marked as "Processing" or "Sent", it cannot be reversed. pkbet strongly discourages cancelling withdrawals — if you find yourself cancelling withdrawals to continue betting, this may be a sign of a gambling problem. pkbet does not charge any fee on withdrawals. The full amount you request is sent to your payment method. Your payment provider may apply receiving fees, though most Pakistani digital wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) do not charge for incoming transfers. Bank IBFT receiving fees vary by bank.

The most common reason is an unmet bonus wagering requirement — if you had an active bonus, part of your balance may still have been subject to wagering terms at the time of the withdrawal. Another possibility is a receiving fee applied by your bank or payment provider. If the shortfall cannot be explained by either of these, contact support with your withdrawal reference number and the expected versus received amounts.

The minimum single bet on pkbet is Rs 50 for most sports markets. Some live in-play markets have a minimum of Rs 100. The maximum stake per bet varies by market and event — high-profile events like PSL finals and Premier League title deciders carry higher limits than regular fixtures.

pkbet displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the clearest format for most Pakistani players. A decimal odd of 2.50 means for every Rs 100 you stake, you receive Rs 250 back if you win (Rs 150 profit + Rs 100 stake). An odd of 1.50 means Rs 150 back on a Rs 100 stake (Rs 50 profit). Yes. In-play (live) betting is available on cricket at pkbet for PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and selected Test matches. During a live game you can bet on next wicket, next over runs, current over totals, innings winner, and match winner — all with live updating odds. In-play bets must be placed before each ball is bowled, so you need to be quick.

If a match is abandoned before a result is possible (for example, a cricket match called off due to rain before the minimum overs are completed), all bets on that match are voided and your stakes are returned to your pkbet account within 24 hours. If a match is completed but later forfeited or changed due to disciplinary action, pkbet follows official body rulings in settling bets.

Yes. pkbet supports accumulator bets (also called combo bets or parlays) combining two or more selections. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. The odds multiply across all selections, meaning the potential return is much higher than singles — but the risk is also higher. The minimum number of selections for an accumulator is 2, and pkbet supports up to 20-fold accumulators.

For most matches, winnings are credited to your pkbet account within 15–30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. For in-play bets, settlement is usually instantaneous once the relevant outcome (e.g. wicket, goal, half-time result) is confirmed. pkbet locks accounts automatically after multiple consecutive failed login attempts as a fraud prevention measure. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If you need immediate access, email support@pkbet-bangla.com with the subject "Account Lock" and your registered mobile number. The support team will verify your identity and unlock the account, usually within 15–30 minutes.
